Business Systems Analyst | Longford | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise systems, improve business processes, and deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective technical solutions
• Lead system testing, UAT and solution validation
• Map business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Produce technical documentation and deliver end user training
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous system improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or similar
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and system testing experience
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
